I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Clinician passionate about empowering women through the various stages of life from preteen to adulthood. As a first-generation Hispanic American, I understand the complexities of cultural and personal expectations. Be it feelings of emptiness, regret, self doubt, or putting everyone's needs before your own, I meet you where you are. Together we'll identify your goals using techniques tailored to your unique journey. My specialties include supporting women through motherhood, complex family dynamics, relationship challenges, career transitions, school and college-related stress, and times of personal uncertainty. I take a holistic, client-centered approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I am also a certified School Counselor and trained through Brown Human Rights Asylum to provide immigration evaluations. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, setting healthy boundaries or the weight of daily challenges, you don't have to face it alone.
